To line up words with pictures, then add in natural sound and a voice over takes time and patience, but the results can move viewers in a way no other medium can. Television provides a unique insight into others’ lives.

Boxwars is the latest “sport” to take the world by storm. The idea is people make elaborate costumes from cardboard, gather in public and battle each other (safely), as a creative means to express themselves.
